Raze Home care Service's Carers are directly employed by us, continuously assessed and provided with on-going training to ensure skills and working practises are up-to-date.
Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview, personal and professional references checks, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), and Protection of Vulnerable Adults Checks. We also verify any certification, diploma, and training.
As well as providing the highest levels of efficiency in delivering care services, we have been able to add a personal touch by recruiting a diverse range of specially trained carers, who are closely matched to client needs.
Our diverse mix of carers has proved an invaluable resource in helping overcome cultural and language barriers.
Raza Home Care provides an out of hour’s emergency on-call service for clients and their relatives, hospitals, nursing and residential homes and Social Services. This covers all evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. This emergency contact service is available to every client, 365 days a year.
We provide services to the communities of Surrey although we are not restricted to the Borough alone, as we do also cover other parts of London.
